Douglas Fife, MD, is the founder and president of Vivida Dermatology, serving patients in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, and St. George, Utah. As a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, Dr. Fife is committed to delivering compassionate, top-tier care. He is passionate about building relationships with his patients and addressing challenging skin conditions with personalized solutions.

Dr. Fife has extensive specialized training in Mohs micrographic surgery, reconstruction, acne scarring therapy, and laser medicine. His medical journey includes a dermatology residency at the University of California, Irvine, and a fellowship in Mohs surgery and procedural dermatology at Northwestern University Hospital in Chicago. This makes him one of the few Mohs surgeons in the Las Vegas area who are members of the American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS), an elite group that requires rigorous post-residency fellowship training.

With a strong focus on advanced surgical removal and reconstruction for difficult skin cancers, particularly on the face, Dr. Fife aims to provide the most comfortable, high-quality care for every patient. Inspired by his father, a lifelong physician and educator, Dr. Fife remains at the forefront of the latest dermatologic surgery technologies.
