This was my first visit here a d it was great. When I made my appointment the earliest I could get in was in September. I would have taken that appointment but the nice lady on the phone checked another location. Luckily there was a cancelation the next day at this location. I went in and everyone was very nice. The doctor I saw looked at what my concern was and not only took care of that but a few other skin issues I had. Very pleased with my visit as I have never been to a dermatologist before.

It was my first visit to Vivida for a consultation. My wife and I spoke with “Bear” who answered all of our questions and then some. He fully explained the procedure I will have and why it is the best option for my particular situation.Update 4/2/24: went in for Mohs surgery on my nose and was treated with dignity and respect. Dr. Fife is not only a fantastic surgeon but is a wonderful person. The entire medical staff is properly trained as well. Will update again following the healing process.Update 4/11/24: had stitches removed 2 days ago and the site is healing well. I was a little surprised with the amount of bruising around my eyes and cheeks since the surgery was on my nose and forehead, but they are fading rapidly. Still no pain and I’m fairly certain it will heal well. Great job Vivida! And Dr. Fife and Bear and Dr. Mac and all the girls!Update 6/11/24: 60+ days after surgery, scars are 95% gone and I look normal again. What a relief!

What a great place with such a friendly staff. I called to make an appointment by a really sweet lady with a thick country accent. She was so helpful setting up the appointment. The staff were very friendly and the check-in process was a breeze. Scott Jameson did a thorough exam, told me I had a something that was worrisome and took care of it with zero pain or discomfort.

Dr Farley is the best dermatologist I've seen over 16 years. Melanoma was discovered and removed in 2009. I moved here in 2010 and tried several dermatologists. I am serious about my care every 6 months. First, was like an army sergeant and I experienced a very painful basil cell MOHS procedure. Second, moved out of town. Third, brutal tattooed & botoxed nurse, to prep for biopsy, painful shots and didn't clean the skin, then followed by an infection. Fourth, would only do a partial exam. I am now seeing Dr. Victoria Farley; the most thorough dermatologist I have ever seen. She checks lymph nodes, my mouth, and a thorough skin examination. She is caring and concerned. I'm certainly not an expert; however, I feel she is an awesome doctor dedicated to her work, and was obviously on the honor role! So glad she was referred to me by my primary doctor!!! THE BEST!

Dr.Farley wonderful the assistant Annmarie made me feel at ease was extremely helpful, knowledgeable no words can express how they were. My issue front office Alisha loud,rude disrespectful not to me but also to others. Talking as if there was no one around, Unprofessional behavior,the others in front singing to not appropriate music laughing, tv had country music loud. This makes or breaks the office and because of this poor service is the reason why this is a one star. Sorry Dr. Farley this had nothing to do with the area you work. I hope this is addressed this is not the first time it has occurred so this is why I am writing a review.

Had a wonderful experience with Nate and his assistant Jessica. Went in with severe concerns about scan is here. He was very patient, listened, evaluated thoroughly and shared some options. Took appropriate professional steps for soon resolution. Jessica provided a warm and kind atmosphere upon entering the exam room. Appreciate their sincere care. After having a Melanoma surgically removed in NY, in 2009; I keep up with my 6 month check ups to stay alive. When my dermatologist left town here, I was seeking another dermatologist. Saw 2 other dermatologists in town that were obviously in this business for cosmetic procedures. One suggested 1/2 body exams every 6 months. Then at the other dermatologists office has the nurse who was covered in tattoos and sporting big botox lips. She gave me a very painful numbing shot that sent me off the table....and didn't clean the incision area before a biopsy was done on a suspicious lesion. Not my first rodeo! Not going back to either. Terrible! I told my primary care doctor about these other dermatologists, and she referred me to Dr. Farley. So, I asked Dr Farley for a thorough exam due to my history. She gave me an exam like no other, head to toe! Without hesitation, she was thorough, pleasant and understanding. I highly recommend Dr Farley. A five star ***** for sure, ethical and serious about her business. She will keep me alive! I can't wait to share this with my oncologist! She is the best dermatologist I have ever seen..

Having treated me for Basel carcinoma removal from my face, and sampling two other locations for similar issues, Dr. Buffington gave me an entire body review looking for anything that may not be normal. Two issues here. 1st She took the time to look after my entire bodily skin health and answer my questions, and 2nd, she froze several facial locations that required her knowledge and services. Am I satisfied? Yes! Will I be back for more? Absolutely! I am now and shall continue to be a return patient. As to you, the reader, I believe that if you try these people just once, they will blow your other providers out of the water. What do you have to lose? Nothing! Only something to gain. Rick
